Meet Glo Jensen, a Legit Kits Fanatic that has been stalking the company since its inception. After 24 years of service in the U.S. Navy, Glo has retired and opened up her Pensacola Retreat Center in Pensacola, FL. She hosts sewing, bag-making, quilting, scrapbooking, and all types of creative retreats. She also hosts a Legit Kits Retreat every month! 

With a Doctorate of Education and decades of experience as a military trainer and curriculum developer, Glo lights up the classroom with various teaching techniques and explanations to get even the most challenged sewist to their goal! She has taught at the Original Sewing and Quilt Expo, various retreat centers, given guild presentations, and also conducts virtual training sessions via Zoom. 

In her spare time, Glo leads her non-profit organization, Vicky’s Heart, which connects persons in the textile world to various Non-Profit Organizations that collect donations for hospitals, counseling centers, and anywhere else in need of something handmade.
