Meet Niki Cunningham a passionate quilting educator based in SouthEast Oklahoma, dedicated to helping others discover the joy of quilting and foundation paper piecing as a Certified Instructor with Legit Kits. With years of experience in quilting and teaching, Niki specializes in guiding beginners and seasoned quilters alike through techniques that blend tradition with creativity. These Legit Kits can be intimidating for beginner and the more advanced foundation paper piecers alike and Niki can teach you to become a confident foundation paper piecer in a fun and encouraging environment so you will accomplish completing the Legit Kit quilt you purchase. 

Whether you're learning to quilt for the first time or refining your piecing skills, Niki's classes are designed to be hands-on, encouraging, and full of inspiration. Niki believes quilting is more than a craft — it’s a way to connect, create, and celebrate the beauty of handmade work becoming the fabric artist we are as quilters. Niki is available for quilting presentations, including working with guilds, teaching workshops and retreats and will travel! Niki also owns a quilt retreat center (RiverBirdRetreats.com) located in Tuskahoma, Oklahoma where you can book your own group of friends or have Niki teach a Legit Kit workshop or retreat.
